Made a 500 mile road when the air suspension fault message came on ( yellow light), but that had happened periodically and seemed to be a computer fault. The car ran fine. Then after a 2 day period of no use, when the car was started a red warning light came indicating vehicle too low and on outside inspection the car was too close to the tires. In 2010, both suspension struts were replaced.

The rear air suspension failed and a warning light came on indicated car to low.

I was having a problem with leaking brake fluid and a friend with the same year and model car told me about a recall on their car for the same problem . This problem is caused by padding installed for sound proofing on the underside of the vehicle which traps dirt and moisture and causes the brake lines to prematurely rust which i have an issue with. After having the panels removed for inspection it was confirmed that the pads are install on this particular vehicle and the rust issue is present as well .when i entered my vin number into your system it's telling me there are no open or in repaired recalled on my car how could that be?

Unintended acceleration when braking.description of incidentaugust 5, 2010 i did not drive the car, it was parked in front of my apartment.august 6, 2010at 12:15pm i drove from my apartment to the pebble beach lodge parking lot (approx. 5 miles and 10 minutes).at 4:15pm and after a long lunch at the lodge i drovemile to my bank parking lot near the lodge. I went to the bank and the pebble beach market nearby.at 5pm i drove home, i was driving on an asphalt paved road in pebble beach at approximately 30 to 35 mph and lightly applied the brake (only) around a curve and the car lurched forward (eg, vigorously accelerated). I took my foot off the brakes, i was startled and let the car coast for a few feet, there was no traffic on pebble beach drive at that time. I resumed the drive home, and i was very much alert and aware and very careful, i applied the brakes several times without incident and stopped at two stop signs before i approached the third stop sign approximately five minutes later, as i neared a 4 way stop intersection, i slowly i applied the brakes a normal distance before the intersection, but as i was attempting to stop the car before the intersection, the car lurch forward and i instantly pressed the brake pedal (only, not the gas pedal) and moved the shifter into the park position and turned the key off. I was about five feet farther into the intersection than i planned. The car on my left did not move into the intersection as he observed the event (and gave me his phone #), he heard my wheels screech (for a split second) and maybe my front wheels made noise too, but i only recall hearing the rear wheels.

Dt: the contact owns a 2004 jaguar xj vander plus. The contact's vehiclewas experiencing unwanted acceleration. Ifattempting to make a stop on level ground with y foot on the brakes the car will continue to accelerate and keep going. About a year and half ago he contacted the dealership, they worked on the vehicle, but told the contact that they were unsure if they corrected the problembecause they didnot have these problems on any other cars. The contactbegan to experience this problem about six months after he purchased the vehicle. This has occurred about 3 times. But he it was a very scary experience.

While driving in a storm windshield wipers stopped moving. Consumer hadvehicle towed, andvehicle is scheduled forservice.the wiper motor was replaced by the dealer at no charge to the consumer.

I bought a 2004 xjr jaguar.it was new and had dealer added chrome wheels($3,000 additional cost).the rims were defective and i asked the dealer to identify the supplier of the rims so that i could contact the supplier directly.the dealership says it did not keep a record of where it purchased the wheels.i have a difficult time believing that an automobile company or dealership is not required to keeps records regarding parts on a vehicle, especially parts as critical as the wheels.please advise.
