The rear left hand door will not close fully or lock. The door is ajar. The door could open at any time, and during an accident, since it is not latched, would produce results unlike the approved tested vehicle.this is the second time the latch has failed in less than 6 months and will leave the vehicle unsafe to drive. The vehicle has less than 16,000 miles and is stored inside.there is an indicator on the dash showing the door is not closed.
