While traveling 55mph a tractor trailer cut in front sharply, causingvehicle to swerve quickly to the right. When trying to correct its position, it failed to return back to the left. Vehicle failed to respond. Had no control. Vehicle went into snow embankment. It flew in the air & flipped over. Driver sustained injuries. Also, receivedemergency room treatment for bruises. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy. After vehicle inspection,faulty bushings were found.
