Driver side airbag deployed without collision while vehicle was in motion.
While in an accident the driver's side air bag did not deploy. Consumer has contacted manufacturer. Please provide further information.
Upon impact, during frontal crash, at approx. 60mph, 12:30 on front bumper, hit barrier head on, driver's airbag failed to deploy, sustained head, neck and back injuries.
Consumer was driving at approximately 65 70 mph when all electrical systems died out, resulting in loss of brakes/steering, no control of vehicle. Consumer had to restart vehicle in order to regain control, and prevent an accident. Dealer replaced battery computer.

While driving at night attempted to switch from dim to bright lights and lights went out while driving. In addition, instrument panel cluster modulefailed.
Computer control module failed, caused the vehicle to stall.
Vehicle fire 1996 isuzu hombre pick up truck. Arrived home and truck engine was smoking.thought loss of radiator, but engine area was on fire.

Replacement of muffler and header pipe, that came loose causing a rattle and exhaust leak in cab,service center said he replaces 4 or 5 a week on 1996 chevrolet s-10's andisuzu small trucks. This replacement cost me $400.00.
Recall 98v150002. Wiindshield wipers work intermittently.a/c blows out warm air. Dealer not aware of problems. No repairwork done. Provide further information.
The consumer state's while driving at 55 mph cable broke, causing the spare tire to fall off.
Don't think such an expensive part should fail that soon.(3 years old). No safety defect listed.
Rear axle cracked, causing lock up.
Re: low head rests..the seat was not designed for anyone with any height.i am 6'3".my head misses head rest entirely.i don't think you have to be as tall as me for this to happen.if i am in an accident, my head will hit the rear-window.this will occur whether i am hit from behind... Or if the air-bag deploys and throws me back into it.seat could cause serious neck and head injury.very scary.******** re: brakes... Just reporting what my mechanic found at 21,000 miles.the front right brake was found to be 100% worn.it was fixed under warranty.
Brakes make a grinding noise when applied and malfunction, causing vehicle to skid/slide. There have been many occurrences, one causing vehicle to rearend another vehicle.
When brakes are applied they let go, the pedal went to the floor, resulting in extended stoppingdistance.dealer notfied.

We were informed that this was a recall-but dealership said no! nosafety defect listed.
First time i brought this in they said if it happenes again bring it back when they fixed it i had to pay for the part and labor they said there was no recall on my model of vehicle. But they said on other models there was a recall. It had cost me approximately 200 dollars to have this fixed, and now i see there was a recall. I never even got a letter from the manufacturer on this problem. Why? why did i have to pay to fix it, if there was a recall.
Windshield wipers start and stop when ever they want.they do not work at all now, especially when it rains!!! i have had this same problem on the last 3 chevy products that i have owned.our local dealer said he has replaced over 200 units in the last year,and parts for this wiper unit are not avalible at any auto parts store.virtually ever person i have spoken with who owns a chevy has the same problem.this should be a recall item,but instead the dealers are making millions of dollars off this problem.

Windshield wipers stop in the upward positon while driving.
Need this repaired as soon as possible to prevent accident. Need auto for work. No safety defect stated.

Windshield wiper circuit board failed/replaced prior to recall, wipers failed several times while driving in the rain, had to be restarted each time. (98v-150)
Windshield wipers quit working in the middle of operation. After a few minutes,windshieldwipers may come back on. Sometimesdriver will play with the wipers to get them to work again. Dealer is aware of the problem. The problem has been corrected at owner's expense. Truck not included in recall 98v150002,windshield wiper wiring due to vin.
There was a recall on this that ended the month before my truck was built. I could not get the manufacturer to take care of the problem so i had it repaired myself. The electrical shop i went to showed me the broken solder points on the plug connector. After those where resoldered have had no problems. Cost to me $75.00 i have meet several other people with the same wiper motors on several different styles of cheverolet and isuzu trucks that have the same problem. But it looks like chevrolet takes care of their customers.

Windshield wipers have failed several times due to wiring problem and nearly casing an accident the first time while driving on the hiway at 55 mph during heavy rain. Dealer and manufacturer have both told me it is my problem or pay to have it fixed. My truck was manufatured in june of 1996 and falls out of the recall dates (may 1996) for the same problem.
The windshield wiper motor on the truck would perform erratic or quit working while in use with no warning.the owner replaced the motor with another one that eventually repeated the erratical operation.the owner is concerned and feel that the manufacture should be responsible for this.please describe details. *mr
