Trailer brakes weren't hooked up correctly, and/or weren't installed correctly and caused the tow vehicle to have an accident. The tow vehicle was pushed due to the trailer brakes inoperation or weak operation. As a result, the trailer and tow vehicle jack knifed, and caused the bumper to bend/bind into the fender of my 2017 ram 3500. The trailer is under a year old under the trailer manufacture, and has since been repaired under warranty. How ever norstar will not fix my truck which was damaged as a result of the trailer brakes being defective.
