Takatarecallmy airbag light has been flashing accompanied by someclicking sound or noise thatstops after some seconds.this happens each time i turn on the car
Had new tires put on my infiniti qx56....after doing so sounds as if rear end is slipping.i have 3 childrenand am afraid that this could result in an accident.horn quit working 1 year after i purchased vehicle.this i know is dangerous because there is no horn to blow, in cases where needed. Fan on blower quit working, only works on high. Passenger seat will no longer adjust.fan and passenger seat quit workingapproximately at the same time. No one wants to have an accident, but when you hear things like the rear end and front wheels sound as if they might fall off....that is scary.
My truck completely shuts offwhile driving long distances on the freeway at speeds greater than 60 mph and then slowing down in stop and go traffic. It also falls dead on local roads at 30-40 mph. I can literally press the gas pedal to the floor and with no pressure to the accelerator. There are no warning codes or alerts when this happens.i took my vehicle to the southwest infinitipaid for unnecessary service and the problem still remains.i am able to restart the vehicle;but from only park or neutral.i then have to rev up the engine for at least 5 mins before i am able to get any type of acceleration.this is very dangerous and i almost got hit several times.
There is an electrical malfunction that has caused my horn to work only when the steering wheel is sideways and it also affects my ability to control my drivers seat positioning.this is very dangerous a car cut me off on the freeway at very close distance.i would have never known that there was an issue if this did not happen.
The contact owns a 2007 infiniti qx56. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the speedometer and tachometer on the instrument panel would fail to display the correct reading as well as while driving at night the instrument panel failed to illuminate. The vehicle was taken to glory auto sales ltd 8560 e main st, reynoldsburg, oh 43068, phone number; (614) 856-0000, where it was diagnosed with a faulty cluster that needed replacement. The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired but the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken back to glory auto sales where the contact stated that she needed to pay for a second replacement of the cluster. The vehicle was not repaired a second time due to cost. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.

The headlights later failed and the contact discovered that there was a crack in the seal of the headlight assembly. The dealer informed the contact that they kept the light assembly in stock because the failure was common. The failure mileage was unknown, but the current mileage was 56,000.

While driving brake light comes on (not abs light), and when push the brakes is hard to stop and has a rattle noise on brakes, if you turn the vehicle off and turned back on everything goes to normal, i know that this problem is on nissan armada wich it has a recall but not on the infiniti, the recall is delta stroke sensor with code c1179
The brake light comes on, the brake pedal weakens and brake system makes a rattling noise when the pedal is pressed. It makes it very difficult to stop the car.
The brakes of my 2007 infiniti qx56 failed when i was driving my whole family, including two kids, on the ramp up to highway. I stepped on brakes to slightly slow down for entering the free way after another car, and all four wheels started to have loud grinding sounds, and brakes didn't take action, no matter how hard i step on it. I have to make a sharp curve out to the emergency lane and slide my car out to access road. After finally slowing down the car and pulled over to a parking lot. I noticed the brake light on the dash is on. Fortunately i didn't have a collision when doing the curving, slowing down and driving, with a useless brake. And although my families were scared to death, they were not hurt. Finally, i managed to drive home from local road, under 20mph with emergency flashing on. And one day later i managed to drive the qx56 to sewell infiniti dealer at dallas. And after inspection, they told me the brake booster sensor was defective, and the repair cost would be ~ $1,400.
As i was driving my brake light came on and as i tried to hit the brake pedal i noticed a loud grinding noise and the brake going to the floor and car not stopping. This is the second time this have happened this is very dangerous. There are many complaints that i have read and something needs to be done because i will definitely take it to fox 5...
When driving atslow speeds break light comes on, and the brakes vibrate.i've taken the car to the dealership and the technicians could not find the problem.i then shut off the engine and restarted the vehicle and the brakes worked properly.the same issue has happened twice, once at lax, and the most recent being today 6/11/2019.
I'm having brake problems with my 2007 qx56. I have been experiencing a brake problem twice in 2 weeks.at random times, it is difficult to bring the vehicle to a stop.it acted like the abs was trying to engage. It was like i was slipping on something when i was applying the brakes. There is a slight metal rattle noise while pressing the brake pedal all the way down while trying to come to a stop. The brake light comes on. There is no shaking of the steering wheel or vehicle.no fluid leaked or anything i could see. The brake fluid but it was not real low above the min mark but below the max mark.after the brake problem occurs, a restart of the vehicle will make the brake light go away and the truck drives fine.i have been google their were a lot of complaint about nissan armada, nissan titan and infiniti qx56 vehicles have dangerous brake problems same as my issued.but no recall were make.
While driving my vehicle i applied the brakes to slow for a turn. My brakes make a loud grinding sound and were not properly working. The brake light came on and pulled off the road. Once the vehicle was put in park and restarted the light went off and the brakes worked properly again. I have read several other stories of this happening to others. Why isn't infiniti doing anything about this? this has happened a few times since i have owned this vehicle.
The power brakes seem to go out during driving. They chug then require extreme force pressure on pedal to stop. Shutting down the car and then waiting and turing it back on seems to restart it.
While driving the suv on the highway i went to brake and it acted as if the abs bra king system engaged.the brake light came on the dash.i pulled off the highway and turned the car off.when i started the car again the brake light went out and the brakes acted as normal after that.
Vehicle feels as though it is jumping side by side on the road while driving over small bumps on the pavement. Requires firm grip on steering wheel to maintain control.
While traveling at normal highway speeds any road imperfections, pot holes, bridges, or bumps will cause the vehicle to veer to the right and feel as though you are loosing control. Two hands must be used while encountering anything other than a perfect road. It is extremely scary and unsafe when traveling at speeds greater that 50 mph. It feels as though the rear of the vehicle is getting ready to pass the front. This is our family vehicle and i fear for my families safety while driving. The suspension has been checked and has been found to be in working order although it is obvious something is extremely wrong.
I purchased new tires at infiniti of coconut creek september 2012.there is a vibration and noise at low speed, below 30 mph.i took it back to the dealer numerous times and was told it is not the tires, it is the suspension that is loose and i will just have to live with it.per the dealer, infiniti knows there is a problem with the suspension on the qx56 and the armada and there is no fix. They will not replace the suspension.

While driving and igo over a bump the car jumps to the side. Also lights on dash stay on for seatbelts, tire pressure.

2007 infinitiqx56. Consumer writes regarding vehicle complaint regarding recall. *tgwthe consumer contacted the dealer and was informed the recall did not apply to his vehicle; only the newer models.the consumer told the dealer he was in fact experiencing problems, because at times he had difficulty handling the vehicle. The dealer refused to perform the recall.
