2013 infinitym37s passenger air bag sensor malfunction, apparently shutting off passenger side air bag. This is a safety concern and the nhtsa should make nissan/ infinity make correction to this sensor, before many owners of these vehicle family are killed or severely injured.

The contact owns a 2013 infiniti m37. The contact stated that the passenger side air bag warning indicator illuminated continuously. The failure recurred on several occasions. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the air bag had not been designed or installed properly. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the issue. The failure mileage was 8,000.

All 4 windows roll down, randomly and intermittently, when parked and turned off.my key fob is not one that allows the holding down of the lock or unlock button to roll windows down.it is evidently a malfunction as there is nothing down by the driver to cause it.

About 2 weeks ago my 4was and traction light came on while driving under 35 mph in my subdivision in a straight line and nothing seems to fix it, now on wet roads car feels loose in the rear. I have heard lots of complaints about this system and feel it is a safety concern and should be a recall. Thanks

While driving the car would not accelerate and the transmission was hesitating severely when pushing on the accelerator. Problem continued until the car had no power and the engine shutdown without any dashboard gauge warnings in the middle of traffic, during rush hour. I placed it in neutral prior to complete shutdown. Cut off ignition and restarted ignition and car started as normal. Tried to drive but after five minutes began to shut down again. Per the dealer defect has something to do with the fuel injection sensors. This could have been a catastrophic event.

The car won't accelerate when pressing the gas and also will jerk and jump when shifting. It's very dangerous when driving on the expressway because the car won't accelerate, but sometimeswill take off on it's own even when i press the brake.this is definitely a transmission problem which i've heard before on several occasionsabout this particular car. Also, 2 lights stay on on my dash when these things are happening.

When i accelerate the vehicle doesn't speed up and sometimes it hesitates. This is dangerous especially when entering the freeway it takes a while after i accelerate for the car to get up to speed. Seems like a transmission issue. Infiniti needs a recall. I know several people with this car and have the same issue.

Vehicle 4was light is on. While driving after making a turn the steering wheel un-aligns itself so when you look at it it's as if the car is unaligned. It then aligns itself at some point upon another turn. I did research after reading there has been many infinity recalls for steering issues. I am highly concerned i may get into an accident due to this manufacture issue. How can i get assistance to get this fixed?

I own a 2013 infiniti awd m37xs that i feel is unsafe because of a steering issue or something. The vehicle continually veers from side to side unless the road travelled is perfectly flat without any imperfections and it is not often a road is flat without imperfections.. I have to continual course corrections and it is very easy to overcompensate the steering, which could potentially lead to veering off the road especially if the road is a narrow track/country road, crashing and or crashing into another vehicle.i use to live in nc and md and to be honest, i cannot imagine driving this car in ice or snow. This vehicle is hard to control making it unsafe.i've sent my concerns to baker infiniti in charleston, sc late yesterday evening after returning from a road trip and feared for my life. I've complained about this issue before but was told by one of the technicians at baker infiniti that it was the way the tires hit the road.new tires and an alignment will not correct this problem, therefore i believe this is a true problem and is potentially being ignored by infiniti or you are unaware. I find it hard to believe that i am the only m owner whom have experienced this dangerous and life threatening issue.i see there was a recall on 2014-2016 infiniti q50 & q50 hybrid. I strongly believe the 2013 has the same issue or something similar. Bottom, there is a major problem. Please let me know, what i need to do. I have notified the dealership as well as infiniti corporation.

Shortly after purchasing my m37, i found it difficult to steer on the road. I started doing some investigation on the internet and found a concept called "tramlining" that other m infiniti owners were experiencing and which described what i was experiencing. I don't feel there is a certain speed that triggers the condition. You really have to hold on to the steering wheel to control the car. I took the car back to the infiniti dealer to have it checked out and explained the concept of "tramlining". The dealer said it was the road and how the m37's wheels tend to fall into the curves and a bunch of other blah, blah blah stuff. They found nothing wrong with the steering or the wheels. But i have driven other cars and have never had such a steering control problem. It can be quite scary at times, when the road is not totally smooth. I feel infiniti knows about this problem with the m, but don't want to do anything about it.

While driving my car on the van wyck expressway and the queensborough bridge in nyc, i noticed that the car steering started pulling and i momentarily lost control of the vehicle for 2-3 seconds. It was if the car started following the change in pavement or the grooves in the road. I was terrified to the point where i had to reduce my speed from 50mph to 25mph and i switched to the outer lanes. Years ago in my 20's i noticed this with my brothers g35, but since i was a new driver i just assumed that since it was a fast car, maybe i couldn't handle it. But as i am now in my 30's and have over 12 years of driving experience behind me, compared with driving chrysler 300's, altima's, jetta's, passenger vans for work, etc. I am beginning to think that this may be an infiniti flaw. It would be really great if someone could look into this. My car has low mileage and the dealer has provided me with the service record and show me the new tires.

The steering wheel housing came off track/separated and i cannot use the steering wheel without it being in a raised manner so the housing wont rub against the steering wheel.the car is out of manuf warranty by years not mileage.(4 yr 60k).i see other complaints online and dealer will not honor the obvious design defect.

On thursday, august 15, i was in camarillo for a haircut appointment.it was 11:25 and my appointment was at 11:40.i was already in the parking space, moving at a slow speed and was approximately 6 ft. From the raised concrete curb at the end of the parking space.suddenly the car began to accelerate and i observed smoke from the tires.i later saw this was caused by the tires digging into the asphalt.during the sudden, unintended acceleration i kept wondering how i was going to stop the car. Fortunately there was a sturdy tree that stopped the car before crossing the road into traffic.when the car hit the tree the airbag deployed and my only damage was a severely bruised chest and a burnt arm from the gases expelled by the airbag.i saw the car hit the tree, saw the airbag deploy and felt a sense of relief that the car was finally stopped.since i had so few feet left to drive before i parked the car there is no way that i would have stomped on the gas hard enough to cause the tires to burn out, leaving gouge marks in the asphalt.
