Air bag system malfuntioned during 2 accidents,at both accidents the vehicle was going 40-45 mph and a frontal collision occurred,caused extensive damage to vehicle without prior warning.
Consumer was involved in a minorcollision driving at 7 mph which caused the driver's and passenger's air bags to deploy, resulting ininjuries to the occupant andsevere damage to the vehicle. .et.
The impact of this accident should have deployed airbag, however did not. (dot number: 085upto299tiresize: 215/65r15)
Continous problems with electrical system.sun roof and power windows.headlamp relay was fixed in 10/2002 and has already malfunctioned.
After 2-3 hours while using the air conditioner noticed fan was not running. Consumer turned on/off air conditioner and fan restarted. Dealer has been contacted, and can't reperduce problem.
Fuel injector system leaking large amounts of gasoline into the engine and volatile gasoline fumes causing discomfort to the driver and passenger's. Contemporaneously, a warning light comes on in the control panel and the engine began to run roughly, possible injuries / explosion may occur due to failure.

When turning the vehicle to the right after the engine is warm, the driver's seat automatically reclines.this could cause the driver to lose control of the vehicle.the dealer does not know the cause but believes a switch is worn or faulty.

Vehicle experienced an involuntary acceleration, vehicle accelerates at high speed on its own.. Consumer stated while at a complete stop, the vehicle surged and lunged foward, the rpms went up and consumer stated the vehicle went under a dump truck, the vehicle was then dragged a few feet, and then the vehicle detached from the dump truck.

Consumer stated that while driving and no warning there is a terrible glare coming from the front windshield and it is distracting the consumers view of seeing. Dealer notified. Tsvision is also distorted in rainy weather and when driving at night the glare from oncoming vehicles is so strong it effects the entire windshield.
Consumer complained ofwheel rim being out of round, causing three sets of tire replacement; two dealersnotified a nd refused to replacewheel rim withoutcost to consumer.
