The contact owns a 2011 infiniti fx. The contact stated that the vehicle would shift erroneously between second and third gears. The dealer confirmed the failure but the vehicle was not repaired. The dealer advised that a remedy had not been generated for the particular failure. The failure mileage was 100 and the current mileage was 8,000.
