I owned a plymouth voyager several years ago. I experienced a complete loss of power, like the van just shut off and my steering locked while traveling at a slow speed. The main incident that i remember happened when i was going through a major intersection. I took the van into the local dealer but was told they couldn't find anything wrong with it. It sounds like it is the same problem gm is being investigated for on some of its cars. I am only estimating on the year and dates.
