I was driving my hyundai sonata with my son in the car when all of sudden the car started veering to the right and the steering was hard. I tried to turn to get to side of road out of traffic and the car made a loud noise and started shaking. I thought my tire was flat i got out and the wheel was on the ground.i was petrified i'm still in the middle of the street with cars blowing. I called allstate they towed to nearest mechanic. I was told on monday 03/09/09 that my axle was broke, the sub frame was severely rusted and the cost of repairs about around 2500.00. I did file a complaint with hyundai consumer affairs. I'm just thanking god me and my child was not on the highway.
