Consumer received recall notification(01v345000)and was informed by dealer that an appointment was not necessary, however when the consumer arrived he was informed that an appointment was indeed necessary, consumer then made an appointment for another day, when consumer arrived again he was then informed that the part to fix the seatbelt was not available, and it would be the consumers responsibility to order the part.
