Letter from congressman brady on behalf of constituent re loaner car air bag deployed in hyundai equus.the consumer stated the air bags deployed for no reason, while driving. He and his wife had to seek medical treatment.

Consumer was inside the vehicle that was involved in a head on collision with another vehicle.airbags failed to deploy even though there's no angular impact. *la*mr

Problems with 1995 hyundai accent horn. *mr the consumer had two hyundai's with horn problems.the 1995 accent horn rusted andwas in a low location mounted at the bottom.the 2000 elantra's horn would only work in a warm climate.ice and debris would interrupt the horns capability. *scc

Problems with vehicle's horn.*mrthe consumer has two vehicles, a 1995 hyundai accent and a 2000 hyundai elantra.the parts which surrounded the horn rusted and also the location of the horn was mounted too low on the hyundai accent which caused the horn not to work and the horn on the elantra only worked in the summertime

When i turn the wheel left or right it makes a loud clicking noise.

Hyundai translead 20' slider chassis. *mr there was a reported number of cracks located behind the upper coupler plate.this could cause catastrophic failure if not taken in for service immediately. *sc

Recall repair of the installation of spring guides to prevent a broken coil from rupturing the tire is incomplete, prevention of corrosion and the possibility of broken spring would complete repair.

Consumer was sold an automobile from salvage. Santa monica hyundi did not returned the automobile back. They tried to sell the vehicle without ownership papers. Please investigate.*mr

Consumer writes in regards to recall notice issues.the consumer stated she had to travel over to the next town, to try and get her vehicle repaired. The first time, she took the vehicle to the dealer, they had no way to inspect it. The second time the recall, came in the mail, she called the dealer and they told her, they would call her back. She never heard back from them.

Exterior driver side mirror, new one recently installed, has tinted glass which makes the view dark and hard to see... Especially at night.hyundai says this is what they provide now if you want a new mirror...my other side mirror is a clear mirror and this works fine.hyundai told me they do not have clear mirrors anymore.i have found, in the 2 days i have had the new tinted mirror that the view is harder to see because everything looks as though i was wearing sunglasses and this is particularly hard on a grey or rainy day.this cannot be a safe accessory... And what of people who do not have good vision?the darkenedmirror is definitely a safety disaster.i am going to write to ceo hyundai finbarr o'neil today in the california hyundai america office.can you guys help me out here??also would like them to search their warehouses for a clear mirror.

Lawyer on behalf of client.the client suffered a severe accident when driving. The right front wheel suddenly loosened and did not respond to steering.*jg
