Consumer went to purchase new motorcycle and found a defect on the right side of the engine block, dealer stated consumer would get a brand new motorcycle, not the one that what was on the floor, however when consumer came back to pick it up he found the same defect, consumer wants either a new engine or a guarantee that engine will not fail.
