The contact owns a 2003 honda v6 coupe. He added transmission fluid to the vehicle performing a regular maintenance. Afterward, while driving at speeds of less than 50 mph, the transmission would slip between first and second gears while traveling at speeds over 40 mph. The vehicle was hesitant to accelerate after 40 mph. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where they stated that the transmission failed and needed to replaced. The transmission was replaced at the owner's expense. There were no recalls for the failure and the manufacturer would not assist. The vin was not available. The failure mileage was 112,000 and the current mileage was 114,000.

When accelerating from the stop positionmotorcylce will not transit from neutral to 1st gear.this is very dangerous when travelling because cannot accelerate from a stop light.vehicle has been checked by dealer.

Traction control system (tcs) and abs lights come on.
