While driving about 30 mph another vehicle struck the front of consumer's vehicle. Upon impact,none of the air bags deployed.

Engine cylinder head caused the camshaft seal end plug to become dislodged from the cylinder head, allowing an oil leakage from the camshaft.
Expansion and contradiction of engine cylinder head, casing camshaft seal end plug to dislodge, resulting in engine oil leak prior to recall, recall repairs refused due to make/model and symptoms of failure.(94v-132).

1994 honda passport built in may of '94 suffers from oil leaking from dislodged cam shaft on to manifold. This problem has been diagnosed by a certified isuzu mechanic (isuzu maufactured the passport). Honda has a safety recall campaign for this vehicle about this problem, but the campaign is for vehicles up to april of 94 not may. Because of this honda says that the do not have to remidy this problem. Has not cause fire yet but has caused all of the symptoms of recall problem.
Engine head gasket blew out, causing anoil leak, which in turn causedvehicle to vibrate.also, the spark plug tubes leak oil causing engine to run rough. Dealer gave vehicle a tune up. *ml
Constant oil leak, gaskets changed, but continue to have oil leaks.
I would like to make this claim in order to have my car repaired for this problem.
Engine always needed oil.even when new it used 1 quart a week. Now 13 years later the car uses 2 quarts of oil a day and runs very poorly. A mechanic stated i need a new engine. The engine is irreparable.

Rear lock failure occurred within warranty period. Locks cycled. Fixed?failed 2nd time within warranty. Fixed. Left rear door cannot be opened at all. Right rear opens on occassion.

I had both drivers and passengers side rear axle seals replaced once and now i need another passenger side replaced in the near future.i read that the 1995 and 1996 models have this problem.i do not abuse the truck and my belief it is a manufactoring defect.

Consumer states hit some blackice and restraints did not hold her,causing her to end up in the rear of the car on the floor.

Started the vehicle after refueling at a gas station. When i shifted into drive the engine sped up and surged forward.since i had my foot on the brake the vehicle didn't move but the force was strong enough to cause squealing and a clunk of the transmission.the tack was racing and then dropped down to normal.all of this occurred without touching the gas pedal.this happened the first time today.i started the car a second time and the engine raced for several seconds before slowing down.
