Mi volsas de ahire no funcionaron y estan cobrandome por un defecto de fabrica necesito que bean mi solicitud ya que por ese defecto de fabrica me golpie mi cuerpo

The contact owns a 2019 honda insight. The contact stated that when shifting to reverse, the image failed to display on the infotainment screen. The contact stated that only the red, yellow, and green lines appeared. Kuni honda on arapahoe (10750 e arapahoe rd, centennial, co 80112) was contacted and stated that nhtsa campaign number: 18v629000 (back over prevention, visibility) was already remedied. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnosis and the contact was awaiting the results. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and advised the contact to take the vehicle to the dealer for diagnosis. The approximate failure mileage was 47,000.

We have a new 2019 honda insight with 176 total miles on it.this morning, on leaving costco in salem oregon, there was an electrical problem which prevented use of turn signals, lights and other systems.this persisted for the four mile drive home.after parking the car, unloading groceries (using manual trunk unlock)then returning later, all systems were working again.we have contacted the dealer and hopefully they will be able to identify the problem.the car is unsafe to drive if there is another failure.

The contact owns a 2019 honda insight. The contact stated that the vehicle registered objects closer than what they were and engaged the brake erroneously. In addition, the contact noticed a burning electrical odor sometimes inside the vehicle. Furthermore, the touch screen radio would shut off and the fuel gauge displayed 40.5 miles less than what it was supposed to be per gallon. The vehicle was taken to patty peck honda (555 sunnybrook rd, ridgeland, ms 39157, (601) 957-3400), bob boyte honda (2188 ms-18, brandon, ms 39042, (601) 591-5000), and carl hogan honda (3621 us-45, columbus, ms 39705, (662) 328-8236) to be diagnosed, but no failures were found. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failures and provided case number: 09717216. The failure mileage was 4,236.

The car was bought and delivered may 15th, late at night. Ever since, the lane assist and warning are on and say take to dealer. I parked the car a month then drove from miss to orlando, and put 1700 miles. Coggin of orlando did a quick computer check, as they had no availability two days ago when i took it in, and said either a defective or damaged radar system. Now honda rep says i must get a rental and pay myself and she was very abrasive. The service repair person said he will run through up to 10 possible problems to diagnose what exactly is wrong, and because he reset it but it popped back on, something is for sure wrong. Now i am afraid i will be on the hook and plan to take it in tomorrow morning.... Otherwise the car seems fine we just cant use any of the warnings . The backup and side camera work.

The contact owned a 2019 honda insight. The contact stated that the infotainment panel overheated without warning while driving various speeds. The contact turned off and restarted the vehicle, but the failure continued. While the vehicle was off, the infotainment panel intermittently flickered on an off. The contact also noticed a buzzing noise coming from the rear driver's side fuel tank when the vehicle was off. The vehicle was taken to criswell honda (19525 amaranth dr, germantown, md 20874, 240-864-0880) where the infotainment panel was replaced three times; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures and did not assist. The failure mileage was approximately 31,000.

On june 3, 2019, i brought the car to honda of illinois (2500 prairie crossing dr, springfield (217-547-0750) for major safety regarding malfunctioning driving assisting problems and conflicting signals. After diagnostics, the dealer technicians reported codes u128d, u1291, u1281, etc. For solution, they reset the code and told me that they cannot definitely fix those safety issues. They advised me to come back when the safety issues are back. On january 15, 2020, i went back to honda of illinois for the same safety issues that became worst. At this time, the technicians were unable to even provide a temporary fix for the car. I had to go to another dealer for solution (bob brady honda at 4025 east boyd road, decatur, illinois 62521 (217 876-3800)). Similarly to honda of illinois, bob brady honda confirmed that they don't have a permanent fix for those safety issues. In addition, they have not provided summary ofwork completed. Both dealers are acting negligently for allowing a car with some many safety issues to be driven on the roads.i called american honda motor (800-999-1009) in multiple occasions to report all the safety issues and concerns for fatal crashes. American honda refused to provide relief and solution to address the safety issues. They only referred to both local dealers. They both confirmed that they cannot fix the issues.clearly, road and vehicle safety is not part of honda's goals. In summary, my 2019 honda insight has major safety issues and is sending malfunctioning and conflicting driving assisting signals, lane watch, turn signals, etc. I am requesting nthsa to gather and investigate the provided information for a fair and expeditious resolution of my claim. For resolution, i request a car replacement or a refund.

My 2019 honda insight was purchased in feb 2020 from a lexus dealership in orlando. The car was functioning with no issues until july 2020. While driving the automatic braking system failure warning came on suddenly it said to take it to the dealership. I made an appointment with headquarter honda and brought in the car.they ran a diagnostic and said that the car must have been hit with something. Nothing has hit the car the car fax is clean the tech insisted that the car was probably in an accident. When in fact the brake failure light turned off on the way home and stayed off for a few days only to return again. Honda would not pay to repair this and said it would be $1700 to install a new radar camera. The car has less than 10k miles and is under warranty. There is something defective with the safety system on this vehicle.

The contact owns a 2019 honda insight. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the collision avoidance sensor activated which caused the automatic braking system to abruptly stop the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to pohanka honda located at 1772 ritchie station ct, capital heights, md (301) 899-7800, however, the mechanic was unable to determine the cause for the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.june 13, 2020: car was taken in for maintenance (26,295 mileage in) at dealership for 5 days. Scheduled b maintenance and fuel pump motor safety recall performed. Diagnostic was also done at the request of contact (car owner) for the 3rd time and during this time, dealership called manufacturer (honda) and they stated "braking feeling uncomfortable because it's hybrid when the speed is in use it recharges battery it may feel differently when slowing down because of the hybrid system." car still activates acc and automatic braking when driving july 3-6 road trip the lkas+ acc system was turned off to avoid forced braking and other safety features.dealership service manager noted taking this system off would not stop the forced braking but so far it has not occurred.honda conclusion is not satisfactory and more investigation needs to be done.*dt

The contact owns a 2019 honda insight. The contact stated that the vehicle stalled without warning while driving. The vehicle was restarted and was able to drive normal. The failure recurred on four separate occasions while his wife and a friend was driving. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer nor an independent mechanic for diagnostic testing, and was not repaired. The vin was included in nhtsa campaign number: 20v314000 (fuel system, gasoline). The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 12,000.

Honda insight 2019, mileage: 2820 (new), 1.5 l (earth-dreams gasoline engine). I have noted gasoline in the oil crankcase, very strong odor smelled when i checked the oil level on the "dip" stick.note:original owner, brand new car, broke-in engine per manual, purchased in june 2019.

There were 2 recalls on my car and both have been serviced. But i keep having issues with a whole host of sensors including check engine light that lights up every week and the car is practically unusable. When the check engine and other lights/sensors trigger, the gas pedal is practically useless and cannot accelerate the car. This is a big problem when i'm on the road and might lead to catastrophic accident. I have taken my car several times to have it checked and i'm still having issues. Of late i keep hearing a whole lot of fan that are whirling and i could feel heat inside the car even when a/c is on. I have a feeling that this car has serious cooling issues and i'm feel unsafe driving this car. I would appreciate your help in this regard.

I bought my new 2019 insight 4dr cvt touring jan 2019. After less then two years old 5 warning lights came on, acc-adaptive cruise control, lkas-lane keeping assist, collision mitigation braking system, road departure mitigation and auto high beam.i took it to my local honda dealer they found the code b2a60-49 - multipurpose camera unit internal electronic malfunction. Because the car had over 30,000 miles (outside there warranty) they told me to call honda america customer service and have them approve repairs.my call to honda america was a call from hell, rude and no help whatever, i asked a dozen times to please talk with a supervisor and the answer was no. I was then cut off.all the safety features the come with the car are not not working and honda will not fix it. For me to have it fixed will be over $1600 (see attachment)

Fuel pump replaced in 10/2020 for recall 20v314000. In 1/2021 i was passing a vehicle on the interstate when the check engine light started flashing, the vehicle started bucking, and i lost acceleration. After shutting off the car for a few minutes i was able to continue driving at interstate speeds. A local shop read the code and reported a misfire on cylinders 3 and 4.honda technicians couldn't recreate the issue or view any code history, but during a test drive found that the fuel gauge had stopped functioning. Upon inspection of the previously replaced fuel pump it was discovered that the wires were crumbling.the fuel pump installed during a recall caused the exact issue it was supposed to avoid. The service advisor quoted someone at honda as saying they've seen a few of these issues come back after the initial recall.

Honda has been unable to address the existing recall for the fuel pump on my car. I've called multiple times between july 2020 and today (october 19th 2020). They state that the parts have not been released to the dealer, and that i should call again in a couple weeks. They are not resolving this issue in a timely manner.

My car failed to chage gears that i had to get car towed to a honda dealer. The technician stated that the reason for failure was unknown but just resetted the system. I'm afraid that this might happen again.

Passenger side, rear, seat belt is hard to don.the female receptacle is very low in the bottomof a opening in the seat cushion.passengers very often encounter difficulty both differentiating between the center and side receptacle(s) as well as physically latching the belt.

The contact rented a 2019 honda insight. The contact stated that while reversing at 3 mph and making a 180 degree turn, the brake pedal was applied however, failed to respond. The contact continued to pump the brake pedal but the vehicle failed to stop and crashed into a post to a store.the contact attempted to reverse again but the vehicle continued to not respond when the brake pedal was depressed. As a result, the contact crashed into a parked ford suv. There were no warning lights illuminated. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed with york maine police department under filed 9yrk-200-ac. There were no reported injuries or medical attention provided. The vehicle was towed to the an independent lot and then towed to dover honda (1 dover point rd, dover, nh 03820 (603) 742-1676) who stated that the failure was unable to be duplicated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted however, no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 3,668. *as

The cmbs has mistakenly activated at highway speeds twice now in less than 1000 miles driven. The cmbs has caused my car to break sharply, for just a second, reducing speed by about 5-10 mph, when there was no reason for it to do so. There was no precipitation and there was no obstacle whatsoever that should have caused the cmbs to activate.

While driving on the freeway and sometimes on city drive, i noticed a sound and a brake flash on our dashboard.surprising because i am not stepping on my break.i let my wife also drive the car and the same observation was noticed. I cannot take a picture of it because i am driving.such observation were noticed occasionally but what if we end up on a full stop while on a freeway? that's the worrisome part.

Mi volsas de ahire no funcionaron y estan cobrandome por un defecto de fabrica necesito que bean mi solicitud ya que por ese defecto de fabrica me golpie mi cuerpo

The digital miles-per-hour speedometer will not appear on the instrument panel in any 2019 honda insights. It will only appear as kilometers-per-hour. A representative for honda usa says this is their design, yet their manual clearly states it should appear in miles-per-hour. There is a needle speedometer that shows miles-per-hour, but this is often hidden from sight by the steering wheel.i think this is a safety hazard as is is difficult to know the actual speed of the vehicle.

Apple carplay will occasionally crash during vehicle use, causing the center infotainment console to completely reset. In this period, backup camera and side view camera are inaccessible for 30-60 seconds. This often happens mid operation of vehicle. Fault not of apple, but of honda's poor implementation of carplay.

Tpms (tire pressure monitoring system) continues to report a problem when there is none. We replaced a tire due to sidewall puncture a couple of months after purchase of car. Replacement was same brand, size, etc except it was not the type of low mileage tread that manufacturers put on new cars in other words it was a typical after market consumer tire. Honda dealer says to their knowledge only fix is to buy new tires 2 at a time or even 4 at a time to avoid tpms warning. This is not a new problem with this type of tpms system.in a form email honda offered no solution to this problem when we filed complaint on their website. We knew nothing about this problem when purchasing this new vehicle. We are otherwise very satisfied with the car. Very frustrating.

Acc, cmbs, rdm problem ligjts are on. It happens twice time within a year of owning the car. I brought it to the dealer after 3 days of purchased the new car (1st time) and was told that they didn't know what's exactly problem. They tried to reset the systemand it worked. Then it happens again, same issue, i brought it back to the dealer and this time they wanted me to replace/reaim the sensor that on the front bumper. This time they blamed it on the missing cover. I did some research online, it'sa very common issue and it should be the manufacture problem. They need to do something about it because it could lead to some serious issue.

While driving the display sometimes shuts off and resets. This prevents the ability to use the backup camera. This happens on both highway and city streets.

Tpms (tire pressure monitoring system) sends pressure error all the time due to uneven tire wear not due to pressure being out of range. Honda recommends replacing all tires at one time to cure the issue.problem occurs regardless of tpms reset and both stationary & in motion. See attached letter to honda. Have dealt unsatisfactorily with honda district rep.
