At first, the brakes became partially engaged causing drag. When i pulled over to inspect, the brakes then locked up, could not move bike. After i applied pressure to the left brake lever, the brakes were then released. When i got back on the road and tested the brakes at low speed, i was unable to stop the bike. I had no brakes at all.
