I m going to the dealer ask for the safety claim recall issue with my honda cbr300r and the service guy send me to another dealer telling me that the claim is already did for another dealer and when i have 1 full week waiting and when i check the information appear like the reset for this claim recall did the same day for this dealer in santa clarita and the issue is continue with my bike. I pay traveling for drope my bike to this dealer and still they have my bike there.

The vehicle was not repaired. The contact was informed that the vehicle was repaired per an unknown recall. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and did not assist. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
