Dt:when the consumer was involved in a collision helost the rear brakes.the bracket on the right foot peg did not support the weight at the time, and this was why the brakes failed.the vehicle has been at the dealershipfor a week, but they have not contactedthe consumer.the first time ithappened there was no warning, there was a space between skid marks, where there were no skid marks, and then the front brakes came into effect.consumersustainedinjuries to right ankle, knee, pelvis bone, and abrasions toright shoulder.this happened on june 25, 2005.there was property damage,and a police report was made.consumer couldnot find the vin for this motorcycle because it iscurrently in the repair shop, and he does not have anything with it.
