The contact stated while driving approximately 40 to 45 mph the lower part of the rear window detached from the vehicle and shattered onto the highway. The contact didn't mention if there were any injuries. The vehicle was not been inspected by a dealer nor repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and offered no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 89,000. Updated 08/31/11 the consumer stated the rear passenger fell out of the frame.the consumer stated a recall was issued. However, his vin was not included.
