After the service, the vehicle's speed would not exceed 40 mph without the service indicators illuminating. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer and a second ecu update was performed, but the failure continued at speeds above 60 mph. The manufacturer was notified and no solution was offered. The failure mileage was 58,114.
