The contact owns a 2017 heartland cyclone 3611. While the vehicle was being used during a family road trip, the tire blew out. The contact went to get the tire changed and found out that all four rims were fractured. The spring inside the rims were fractured and the springs on the suspension were sagging. As a result, the vehicle could not haul as much weight as it was supposed to haul. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and the rims were replaced. New springs were also ordered to be installed by the contact's husband. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and did not assist. The dealer was not contacted. The failure mileage and vin were unknown.
