On 8/11/2015 while taking my cyclone 4200 in for service i had a tire blow out. I have only had the rv for 10 months and it has spent most of that time in the shop for warranty work. When i first purchased the rv i tried to get the dealer to change them out as i notice some indentations on the side walls. The dealer stated that it was normal and from the molds however i didn't get a warm fuzzy about this answer. Now with about 2500 miles on the tire at the time of the incident i was traveling west bound on i10 and had just gotten on the interstate when the tire blew out. I was traveling at approximately 45-55 mph. I immediately slowed and pulled over. It was the front ds tire on the rv that blew and caused damage to the wheel well and side of my rv. The tires were power king towmax st235/80r16 dot 0714. I have an air compressor that i bought and keep in the rv so that i can monitor and properly maintain the tires. The tire pressure is checked everytime i hookup to my rv and it is maintained at 80psi. I contacted dynamic tire which handles these tires and they wanted me to send them all to them. I only sent the one that had blown for analysis. They came back denying paying for damages to my rv saying that the tire had signs of being ran under inflated from rim flange impression on the side and stress marks on the bead. The damage they are stating is from where i had to drive slowly 5 mph to the next exit in order to get to a safe area to change the tire out rather than trying to keep this 45' monster on the side of the busy interstate and change the tire (unsafe staying there). These tires need to be banned from being allowed on the road in the us!!!! i have photos from when i tried to get the dealer to change the tires, and from the tire that blew out prior to me moving to a safe area, and i have the report that they provided me from their eng, and the other tires.
Manufacturer incorrectly placed sticker showing where to drill a 4 inch hole in side of vehicle for a dryer vent.cutting hole where shown actually cuts through an aluminum frame member as shown in attached pics degrading the structural integrity of the vehicle frame/body.

Three separate blowouts over two trips of my dynamic tire, towmax str 235/85 16 e 10ply tires. First incident was a solo tire separation leaving only sidewalls on the rear driver side wheel. Second and third tires were on the same trip one day apart. Tire number two was a slow leak detected by my tpms and changed without incident examination by the tire expert showed separation. The third tire was a blowout with loss of tread and damage to my side skirt, fender, marker lights and hoses. Because of previous experiences from the first trip i carry two spares. The next day at the rv camp i had all four of the tires replaced with g rated, during that process the last of the original tires showed a separation of the tread but luckily had not blown. Dot adbz gpb 4214. Dynamic tire has yet to make good on the repairs or sent labels to ship the tires for their inspection, it has been almost a year, despite me calling multiple times. Don't use these tires for your 5th wheel.
