After riding in the rain. Bike was stationary. . all gauges (speedo, tach, fuel & volt) went out. Next day came back on. Bike was stationary. But a week later went out again and still out. Bike was stationary.
The contact owns a 2015 harley-davidson ultra flhtcu. The contact stated that the recall notice for nhtsa campaign number: 15v2160000 (power train) was received in august of 2015. After contacting the dealer on multiple occasions, the parts were not available until july of 2016, in which time the motorcycle was repaired. The contact was concerned that it took the manufacturer nearly one year to distribute the parts needed to repair the safety defect. The manufacture was not contacted. The contact had not experienced a failure.
