Consumerreceived a recall notice for the ignition switch.however, repair parts were not available.manufacturer has been notified.
Was trying to start motorcycle. The ignition switch would jiggle to off position. Need to jiggle/wiggle to start motorcycle. Motorcycle can be shut off while drving.
Consumer received recall letter in july. Contacted dealerno parts available to remedy problem.recall number 98v15800.please give any further details.
Recall 98v158000; no parts available since the recall came out.consumer been on4 different dealers waiting list. The motorcycle has not been modified which may cause stalling and an accident.
Ignition switch failed while driving on the interstate at about 70 mph, causing complete power failure.
