The contact owns a 2019 harley-davidson flhr. The contact stated that the clutch failed to properly stop the motorcycle. The front brake had to be applied to prevent a crash. Also, the motor stalled three times while at a stop then it quit completely. The dealer (m & s harley-davidson, 60 falling spring rd, chambersburg, pa 17202, (717) 709-9650) replaced the part and stated that the vehicle was excluded from nhtsa campaign number: 18v734000 (power train); although the failure was similar. The motorcycle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was not available.
