Vehicle is experiencing a problem with the accelerator pedal.the pedal works intermittently when using the cruise control.when the cruise control is off, it effects the gas pedal.this problem was diagnosed and was under recall a year ago.now the owner is being told that his vehicle is past it's warranty and there is nothing the manufacturer can do. *ph the acceleration would not return with the cruise off and would return slowly. *sc
