We were driving down the freeway when we heard a loud "pop". I thought we might have blown a tire so i pulled over to investigate. The tires were fine.i could smell coolant, so i opened the hood and discovered that the fan blades had come apart, tearing apart the fan shroud, and ultimately puncturing multiple holes in the radiator. I was able to safely pull off the freeway (i was right next to an offramp), the vehicle stalled, luckily it is equipped with back up electrical brakes, i was able to keep control of the vehicle.i was able to take a pair of needle nose pliers and pinch the holes of the radiator to hold enough water to get home, luckily we were only about 10 minutes from home.

Dt*:the contact stated, while routinely inspecting the undercarriage of the rv, three soft copper propane lines were noticed beside and above the inner passenger rear tire.the lines are only three inches from the tire and have only a soft plastic covering.although, no actual failure occurred there was concern that in the event of a blowout or road hazard, the soft lines may rupture and cause a leak of propane or a fire may erupt.the manufacturer was contacted when the problem was noticed and the manufacturer determined the vehicle met specifications.the rv is a 2006 gulf stream, endura max, model 6370.
