Dear sir,ref:nhtsa recall # 13e039i received a recall letter dated oct 31, 2013 from fastec industrial corp., a division of wesco distribution inc informing me that the deadbolt lock cylinder on my travel trailer was subject to a recall. I first contacted the above company around the middle of february at which time the customer service person said i should receive the replacement lock cylinder in four weeks. At the end of march i called the company again and they said i should receive the replacement in two weeks. I called the company again at the end of april and still the same response. I would like use my trailer in the near future but i am reluctant to do so until i can replace the defective deadbolt lock cylinder.
