This vehicle was towed at 50 miles for brake problems. I spent money every 8000-12000 for brake related repairs even though it was under extended warranty. About 4000 miles after each repair, the vehicle would swerve into the next lane when the brakes were applied. After the extended warranty expired, i paid a new dealer to examine the vehicle and found the rear brakes like new with 91000 miles. They told me there was a history of defective abs modulator valves, a $1500 part. This valve was replaced and the brakes perform as designed. After 6 years and 91000 miles, i can drive my vehicle without fear of swerving into another lane, causing an accident. There were other problems with this vehicle, which i've corrected on my own after the warranty expired; however, they weren't safety related.

The anti -lock brake light was turned off, instead of being repaired.

Consumer was traveling in raining weather going 25mph and brakes were applied, abs system made a noise, but nothing happened.brake pedal went down to the floor.consumer will contact the dealer.

Anti-lock brakes failed several times, resulting in a collision.

Anti lock brakes fail continually, resulting in one minor accident.

When applying the abs brakes in wet weather, the pedal goes to the floor and the brakes fail to stop the vehicle.also has occurred in dry conditions. Vehicle has gone through red lights/stop signs while attempting to stop.

When driving at any speed and applying the brakes vehicle is pulls to the right.dealer can't determine the cause of theproblem.

No summary listed for above vehicle.

The abs anti-lock brakes lock up when road is wet .

Front abs brakes locked up/failed, resulting in a collision/injuries.
