Had a vehicle crash and no injuries were reported. Consumer was driving vehicle about 30mph,andvehicle in front of him was approaching the light . Consumer asummedthat othervehicle was going through the yellow light,but she didn't. He hit her from behind.consumer appliedbrakes, but the brakes went all the way to the floor, and the anti-lock system didn't kick in, there was a slight vibration.
