Drivers side air bag did not deploy(open) from a head-on collision @ 40 m.p.h.

This diesel pickup has quit on me in traffic several times with these three injection pump failures. I have already sent you one complaint on this matter. I do not see any record of it in your database. Please consider the safety considerations with losing control of this vehicle in traffic.

Dealer has been contacted for replacement tire, but refused to honor customer's request.dot number ekakdkb279, consumer states tread came off in a solid circle, firestone dealer stated that there were no road hazards or punctures.
