While traveling over 70 mph, the front two wheels fractured without warning and the driver was ejected from the vehicle. The frontal air bags failed to deploy. The driver received medical assistance, but sustained fatal injuries. A police report was filed. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and provided no remedy. The vehicle was destroyed. The approximate failure mileage was 117,000.

I have chrome wheels on my envoy and they have a lot ofcorrosionon them. I loose a lot of air every two weeks.i mean i have to put air into them a lot. I would like to see a recall on the wheels.
