The driver received medical assistance, but sustained fatal injuries. A police report was filed. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and provided no remedy. The vehicle was destroyed. The approximate failure mileage was 117,000.

I have chrome wheels on my envoy and they have a lot ofcorrosionon them. I loose a lot of air every two weeks.i mean i have to put air into them a lot. I would like to see a recall on the wheels.
