The contact owns a 2003 gmc 7500 truck.the contact states that when filling the fuel tank there was leakage of fuel on the ground.the fuel tank exhibited severe rust over a period of time.the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for inspection. The technician stated the failure was contributed to the fuel tank.there was a replacement of the fuel tanks on two separate occasions.the failure mileage was 40,000 .the current mileage was 120,000.
