Exhaust pipe fell off.
While driving at 45 mph the truck began toaccelerate to a speed of 65. When driver put his foot under the accelerator pedal, the truck slowed down. Again when pulling from gas station the truck went full throttle. Driver had to slamm truck in park to avoid a fatal crash. A new throttle body will be put on the truck. The manufacturer will be notified about the problem.
