I opened the hatch and engaged the lock.while my head was under the hatch it came down and gave me a concussion and massive brusies on the back of my head.it hit me in the back of the head directly.after several incidents i feel the car is unsafe especially if someone else may use the hatch when i am not there.could lead to a hefty lawsuit.
Recall was issued for safety belts after they had been replaced by owner.
Seat belt recall repair not completed due to lack of parts.
