I bought a brand new 2014 genuine stella scooter from a dealer in california. For the first 30 days i owned the bike it broke down 4 times due to the ecu unit. It was in the shop 21 days of the first 30 days i owned it. The dealer i bought it from eventually found out the problem and was able to fix it. I contacted genuine in chicago multiply times and was always brushed off. During those first 30 days i was stranded in different places in la for hours at a time. The tow service membership they offer doesn't let you tow within 7 days of your last tow, aka i paid for a lot of towing. Overall these are unsafe and unpredictable scooters.
