The contact called the manufacturer, and made an appointment for the recall to be repaired, but he would have to pay for the towing the vehicle to the dealer. The contact stated that he was not allowed to drive the vehicle on the road ,and felt that since the vehiclewas being recalledand that the manufacturer should pay for the transportation of the vehicle. Returned usps, 2nd attempt made 05/30/07 failed.* lj
I own a gem that is under a recall (lights brake lite,turnsignal and head lamps inop) i was told i am responsible to take it 100 miles to my nearest dealer.isn't the manufacture responsible to pick it up. It is illegal to drive.
