The contact owns a 2019 frontier ambassador horse trailer. The contact noticed that one of the trailer wheels was wobbling. The vehicle was taken to scott's recreation (746 western ave, us-202, manchester, me 04351, (207) 622-0672) and the wheels were inspected. While leaving the dealer, the failure occurred while traveling 55 mph. The contact took the trailer to an independent tire shop and they stated that the failure was due to either the bearings or axle. The contact left a message with the dealer. An independent mechanic noticed there was no grease or pin on the bearings. The failure recurred. The dealer was contacted, but stated that warranty issues were not their problem. The manufacturer of the horse trailer (alcom) was called and they confirmed that the dealer handled warranty issues and could not guarantee the contact's safety of driving with the trailer. The contact called the dealer back and stated that he would have to tow the trailer back and they would have to approve the repairs.
