Due to location of the electrical connection over the fuel tank openingif a spark comes from the connection it may cause a fire unexpectedly.please provide further information.

When the brakes were applied the pedal went to the floor and the vehicle experienced extended stopping distance.this problem occured due to a faulty brake hose.*nlm

Potential safety concern regarding the placement of the emergency brake handle in certain freightliner school buses. Recent crash investigation 7/9/04. Warren county, nj. Young passenger accidentally fell into handle, releasing same, sending the empty school bus into down-hill motion, subsequently striking a parked car and pedestrian holding a small child. (non-fatal injury). Concern over a possible intrinsic design flaw with the brake handle placed to the driver's right side, next to the aisle, with no "locking" safety features. F.y.i.-sgt. Consumer contacted dealer for a recall onfrontball stud & socket assembly. Dealer toldconsumerto come in forrecall repairs,and would see if partswere available.consumer arrived at dealer's, and parts still were not available.

While driving 60 mphand without warning right wheel bearing separated, causing tire to explode, andresulting in an accident. Consumer suffered minor injuries, and truck was totaled.

Tire begain rapid irregular wear w/proper air pres, and after replacing no wearoccurred in that position.left uncheckedsteering tire would have failed by blowing out, causing possible loss of control.semi trucks must have reliable tires for safe operation to protect the motoring public.the tire maker, distributors, and the manufacturer have shown no concern or interest in this matter.i still have the failed tire for inspection.( dot number: tire size: 285/70-r24 )
