The contact owns a 2010 four winds serrano rv. The contact stated that the hydraulic lift system failed. The pump was burned and almost casued the rv to catch on fire.the contact stated that the pump did not have a slinger or a k-strain, which would keep hydraulic fluid from flowing into the motor and prevent both the motor and pump from overheating.the motor home was taken to the dealer in february where the pump was replaced but the failure recurred.the vin was unavailable. The failure and current mileage was 5,000.
