The rv was taken to the dealerquietwoods rv fox valley 9042 campers way, neenah, wi 54956 where a visual inspection was performed and determined that the rear lead spring fractured and needed to be replaced. The rv was not repaired. The contact mentioned nhtsa campaign number: 17v366000 (suspension) as a possible solution to the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and offer assistance with repairs. The failure mileage was approximately 28,000.
