The contact inspected the plug himself and found that the input plug was not made with copper braided wires, rather the plug was made with solid loose wires, which caused the plug to burn. The camper was not taken to a dealer. The manufacturer was not notified. The camper was not repaired. There was no mileage.

The axle bracket welds are failing on both dexter 4,000 lb axles on our 2014 rockwood3025w windjammer travel trailer for the secondtime. Under normal driving conditions and within the rated weight for this vehicle. The first set were replaced under warranty 11/16. One year later the same failures occurred on the replaced dexter 4,000 #trailer axles.we have been denied replacement axles from forest river for the second occurrence. As observed at the lot of our local rv dealer on10/27/2017:this year's 2017forest river rockwood 3025w windjammerhas a set ofdexter 5,000 # axles.
