Help pleaseincident, twice camping, stationary and once on the street, also stationary.i have researched for any recalls and found recall # 15v798000, problem concerning the double and triple steps, a bolt may fracture allowing the fan gear to disengage from the steps....i phoned lippert and spoke with a [xxx] , i expressed my concern to him regarding the continued fracture bolt, if it may possibly be caused by the recall. [xxx]then instructed me to search for a motorhomeservice center whom will work on recalls, they will then contact lippert with their findings and determine the outcome. I found cordelia rv in fairfield. After several weeks they have contacted lipperrt, today i receive an email from [xxx]., stating the motorhome has not been affected by the recall but does need the bolt replaced (i stated this in our initial conversation of concern) as well as the ball joint assembly.i have attempted to phone [xxx] but have not heard from him as of yet (3 hours) i have gone into further dept with researching this problem with the step...i have found two forums with multiple pages of this exact problem....injuries have occurred, even to an employer. Some have contacted the warranty, after expiration and had it replaced anyhow due to the many complaints. The steps were replaced with a kwikee brand, which has reported to be better built. Many, as myself, are surprised as to why this step problem has not become a "recall"i am seeking for the step to be replaced for free, this has been a problematic ordeal, no follow up calls from cordelia and no answer from lippert when i call as email instructed.i do not have any pictures at this moment, the rv is still in the hands of cordelia rv. The bolt that continues to fracture is the left, top bolt (facing the step from the outside)thank you for your attention,[xxx] information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).

Discovered a major defect with all of the return orange hydraulic hoses used within theroom slide and stabilizing jack system with the motor home.the defect is severe blistering (or bubbling) which occurs over the entire length of the hydraulic line.as the system operates at high pressure, these blisters will eventually rupture causing a complete lose of hydraulic fluid and pressure within the entire system.this lack of pressure will cause all of the stabilizer jacks to fall/deploy and for the potential room slide extensions to extend/deploy. This is an dangerous/extreme/serious hazard if this happens at highway speed.forest river admits to the defect and has recently changed hose manufactures.they are also covering the replacement of the hoses for original owners who are within the one year warranty period.all others are on their own to discover and resolve this problem.this is known to impact forest river georgetown model years 2010 through 2012.see the following for more details from many owners with the same complaint/issue/concern.http://www.forestriverforums.com/forums/f16/bulges-in-hydraulic-hoses-15697.htmlnote: context for the potential for serious injury and workings of the hydraulic system was taken from a forest river authorized repair center after looking over my unit and discussing the blistering lines.a statement from the repair center can be provided if needed.
