Why was dometic not required to fix the defective boiler tubes on it's refrigerators,instead of just letting them shut them down when they leaked? the root cause was defective tubing. My unit stopped working so dometic said that they have no reponsibity until the unit is up and running again. Dometic will repair these refrigerators by installing a secondary burn housing, a thermal fuse, and a melt fuse free of charge. Dometic has retained stericycle inc. To manage this campaign. Stericycle will assist you in locating dealerships or service centers and will provide assistance with scheduling of appointments.
