Motor mounts defective.
Noticevibration, replace timing belt, to no avail, finally found out the problem was the motor mounts were defective and needed replacing.
Timing belt replaced.
Timing belt replaced however did not rectify vibration which was caused by faulty motor mounts.
Seat belts have locked and almost choked owner on more than one occasion.owner received recall notice and made an appointment for servie but was told by ford repair shop that there was no problem with her seat belts and to come back at a later date.
Seat belts do not work at all . The seat belts do not close when the door is shut. Therefore,the owner is driving not seat belted iin his seat .
