I have not been in a crash but the air bag sensor remains on after starting the car.

Fails to start. Battery is completely dead. Had into service department 6 times, have failed to correct problem. Bought new in may 2017.

While using full accessory power with the engine off, the car will allow you to change the gear shift dial to drive. The car is able to move in this position, but the gas pedal will not work. The 'ready to drive' light is.not on.

Auto shuts down while driving,no power..must stop,shut off ignition and restart the engine...car seems to revert to normal after turning back on.has occured many times..local ford dealer is aware of problem and has installed a counter..the counter clocks up when this occurs but resets when car is stopped and restarted...this is a potentially dangerous problem as this has happened in traffic and driver has no power,must pull out of traffic,restart and go again...

Vehicle won't accept gas or if it does very slowly. Sometimes will also spit gas out. Just at 38,000 miles. Ford says it isn't under warranty. Quick search appears very common dangerous issue.

When i had to brake, the car did not respond to the brake even though i had pressed hard on the brake.the result was that i hit a car in front of me.since it was not high speed traffic, my injury was trauma to my foot.the concern was that there was plenty of time to stop, not an 'emergency' stop.i was on a surface street where speed was 35-40 miles per hour.all air bags were deployed.the car was towed and declared a total loss by my insurance company.as a result, unable to do any other investigation.i do not have

The vehicle was taken to chapman ford of columbia (3951 columbia ave, columbia, pa 17512) where they inspected the vehicle and tightened the bolts around the inside of the steering wheel. Months later while reversing the vehicle into the driveway, the failure recurred.the vehicle was taken back to chapman ford. The vehicle was diagnosed and inspected. The vehicle was repaired but could possibly happen again. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown. *ln

The contact called airport marina ford (310-574-2641, 5880 w centinela ave, los angeles, ca 90045) and was told to bring the vehicle in for a check-up. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that there was no recall. The vehicle was not repaired, the failure mileage was 39,800. *dt

The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. Richmond ford west (10751 w broad st, glen allen, va) was contacted and confirmed that the parts were not available for the recall remedy. The manufacturer was notified and was not able to confirm when the parts were to become available. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.

Inoperable front passenger side window. Both switches on driver side and passenger side for passenger side window inoperable. Tested while vehicle in motion. Dated this 4/10/2019

Car is equipped with auto lock that cannot be disabled.this poses a serious safety issue.i am a senior citizen and if something medical should happen to me while driving, i want to be sure the doors are unlocked when help arrives.if i forget to unlock the doors after the auto lock locks them, i could be in trouble.ford says the auto lock feature is a regional feature, but some fusion on my dealers lot have auto lock disable, others do not.if it is a regional feature, ford is selling models outside the region.i have read the owner's manual from cover to cover and researched the internet to see if any solution was available.my previous car was a ford focus, also with auto lock, but there wasa work around to disable the feature.i consider this to be a serious safety issue and hope that a solution with ford can be reached. I just bought a 2017 ford fusion. While driving on a california freeway a rock hit my front windshield at the top right corner which caused a long stress crack across the window. I contacted the dealer and they tell me they won't cover it. I'm insured. That's not the issue. I wonder if this has been reported by anyone else who owns a ford?. My toyota has been hit many times and harder than what this rock did but it has never shown a fracture like this. Please advise. I can also send pics. A glass repair company looked at it and also told me that it should not have happened.

When i turn on the defroster, the air recirculator turns off.in traffic, this lets exhaust from other cars enter the car, so i either have to breath in exhaust or drive with a fogged up windshield.i can't have the air recirculator on and the defroster.i either have to breath in exhaust or drive with a fogged windshield.it's getting to be dangerous.

Unable to drive at traffic flow during rain, wipers unable to allow a safe view on fast or slow speed, ongoing issue have not went to dealer assume its just poor design.

Told by tim short ford dealership they could not rotate tires because of swollen lug nuts on 2017 ford fusion hybrid. Ford does not replace defected lug nuts unless i pay.if i get a flat on the road i will be stranded.in the right place it can be life threating if you have an emergence.
