Consumer complains that airbags present a safety hazard for short people.

Electrical short. *dh

Wiring for heater and defroster motor in dash shorted and cause all wiring from it to fuse box to melt...advised by dealer it could have been a major fire

I am very disappointed because they took a long time to fix my car and now it is overheating, and it wasn't overheating before they tried to fix my headgasket.

Fuel pump failed, lost complete power while driving 50 to 60 mph.engine dies when outside temp is hot and a/c in use, replace fuel pump and sender.right rear wheel seal leaks, due to right rear inner oil seal faulty, remove wheel, replaced right rear inner grease seal, cleaned brake and wheels, check rear end grease and filled to proper level.transmission disenges from engine and charged up, almost lost control.

The factory installed push-rod, between the brake pedal and master cylinder, was not the proper part (it was too long). The result of this is abs failure.

Frame welding from the factory is unsatisfactory.after repair per service program number 96b98 cracks and holes could still be found in other parts of the frame welding.

Vehicle experiences problems with the front end which is causing premature wear of the tires.

Left rear coil spring broken at 91,000 miles.harold ziegler ford now wants to charge $182 to replace it.when vehicle had less than 30,000 miles and during a routine maintenance visit to this dealer, the dealer without my prompting replaced the right rear coil spring under warranty.it's obvious to me that ford knew it had a problem with the springs several years ago.

One of the front firestone tires (no size) had a bulge on it, dealer recommended that both front tires were replaced, later the consumer replaced both rear tires as well.

Right front power window goes up exceedingly slowly, takes several minutes to roll up completely. *dsh
