While driving the vehicle at 60 to 65 mph the dash came loose the radio systemtrim bezel hit driver in the head and the radio unit fell into dash and steering mechanism area. The manufacturer has confirmed the dash has not been installed correctly. The electrical system and steering of the vehicle became compromised at the time of incident.*dt*dt
